Let me tell you one important lifestyle habit that affects your skin~

Hello ^^

I'd like to share one more lifestyle habit that had the biggest impact on my skin.

Right when I shower The habit of washing your face last I heard it!

I didn't really care in the past
Wash your hair -> Wash your body -> Wash your face
I showered in this order ㅠㅠ

Actually, I think most people would do this~ (when showering)

But at some point, on this side, the hairline, the side of the chin
I started getting repeated troubles for no reasonㅠ
My cosmetics were the same, and my eating habits and sleeping patterns hadn't changed much.
Only that part kept turning over

At first I thought it was because of the mask
I saw it coming up to the forehead where the mask doesn't reach.
I had a feeling there might be something else going on!

So I took a closer look at my usual shower habits.
I washed my face too early and then I rinsed, treated, and washed my body afterwardsㅠ??

If you think about it, the rinse or treatment ingredients are used in the shower.
It flows down your face with water, especially your forehead and jawline...
If you come out in that state without washing your face again,
The residue remained near the pores...

( In the past, model Han Hye-jin said that you should never wash your hair while standing up.
I remember doing it because the shampoo and conditioner ingredients were rinsing it off.
It just flows down your back or face, right? That's called back acne. It's said to be the cause of back acne. )

so I completely changed my shower routine Okay^^

Wash your hair first, then rinse and treat.
I wash my body! And lastly, I wash my face!
And when washing your face, be conscious of your hairline and jawline.
I rinsed it gently one more time haha

Honestly, at first
I was wondering, "Will this make that much of a difference?"
Because it seemed like such a trivial habit ㅠ But after about two weeks

The bumps that used to appear on my forehead have noticeably decreased.
The small, recurring blemishes next to my chin have also virtually disappeared!

The most surprising thing was that my skin texture started to look much more even!!
In the past, no matter how well I applied the foundation, only the area around my hairline looked rough, but that feeling has almost disappeared.
Now that I look at it, it's not that my skin is sensitive, but rather that I exfoliate my skin every day due to my shower habits.

I thought it was stimulating ㅠㅠ

The best part about this habit is that it doesn't cost any money lol
I haven't changed any of my cosmetics! I just changed the shower order.

Frequency of skin troubles It has definitely decreased ^^

Even now, when I shower, I always wash my face last.
If you just follow this one rule, the number of days when your skin condition is stable will definitely increase.
One small lifestyle habit like this can make you buy several good cosmetics.
There are times when what you put on your skin has a bigger impact than what you put on it. I got to experience it firsthand ^^
