I put on a pack and lay down to resist the temptation of late-night snacking... How do you all endure it at night?

How do you all keep your mouth from watering at night? I just got on the elevator, and the smell of chicken wafting from somewhere is driving me nuts... A greasy late-night snack on a cold winter night is truly fatal. I've barely managed to hold it in by washing my face and sticking on a mask, but I can't get the smell lingering in my nostrils! I usually try to manage my diet, but this time of the day seems to be the real turning point.

 

Do you have any routines or secrets for holding off on late-night snacks like I do? These days, when I'm really hungry, I drink a lot of water or go to bed early to look at model photos in magazines. And I even try to calm myself down by eating inner beauty products during these times to feel like I'm taking care of myself. I feel like just applying home care isn't enough, so I've been looking for products with good ingredients lately. The psychological relief of knowing I'm taking care of myself has also helped curb my appetite.

 

Winter is the perfect time to laze around at home, but I'm curious if you have any nighttime home care tips that help you avoid weight gain and take care of your skin! Besides the daily face masks or the health supplements I take, a helpful routine would be great, too. If I can just get through this difficult time, my face will be smooth and puffy by morning...
