Here are some great skin care tips to calm your face during the changing seasons.
Many of you probably experience redness and sensitivity with each season change, right? I also have sensitive skin, so I always struggle around this time of year. I'd like to share a few of my own little skin care tips. First, when I wash my face, I try to be as gentle as possible with my hands and just massage the foam into my face. Simply reducing friction with my hands significantly reduces irritation. Second, when applying basic skin care products, apply thin layers of product in several layers instead of applying too much at once. If absorption is slow, reapplying at intervals is very effective in combating dryness. Finally, drinking at least two liters of water a day is another skin care tip I always follow. I believe sufficient hydration helps clear skin tone and speeds up recovery from blemishes. I'm curious to hear your tips, too.
