I'm embarrassed to go to the dermatologist, but home care is a hassleㅜㅜ

As I entered my 40s, I started to feel embarrassed and burdened just going to the dermatologist and lying down.

I think I'll have to make up my mind to actually go..

So I'm trying to do it at home, but I don't feel like lifting a finger after work. I really respect those who consistently practice home care. How do you build your willpower?

My goal today is to just put on one pack and go to sleep, so please cheer me on!
