저도 비린 맛에 예민해서 여러 제품을 시도해봤는데 시중에 판매되는 쉐이크 중에 오히려 초코나 바닐라 향이 강한 것들은 금방 질려서 오래 먹기가 힘들었습니다. 그래서 저는 결국 미숫가루처럼 고소한 곡물 위주의 단백질 쉐이크로 정착하게 되었습니다~
On my way home from work, I was hit by a cold wind, and my face felt hot and my cheeks were flushed. It was frustrating to look in the mirror, but... Still, it's nice and cozy to be home. Lately, as the weather gets colder, I've been curled up inside and snacking more, which is a problem. So, I'm looking into diet shakes to try something lighter for dinner.
I searched online and found so many different options that I'm at a loss for which one to choose. Have any of our members tried any diet shakes that aren't too sweet and have a rich flavor? I find anything fishy or artificially flavored a bit off-putting. If possible, a diet shake with a high protein content and filling stomach would be perfect.
