세안 후 물기를 닦지 않고 바로 앰플을 바르는 방법 좋네요. 저는 사용하는 수분 앰플의 제형이 점성있는 것보다 가벼운 워터 타입이 좋더라고요~
My personal skin care tips for parched skin from winter heaters
On my way home from work in the evening, it was so cold that I put a hot pack in my down jacket pocket, but at some point it got so hot that I was surprised that my skin was burning... The midwinter cold is scary, but in reality, what scares me more when it comes to beauty is the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors and the dryness. I was worried because I was under the office heater all afternoon and when I got home from work and looked in the mirror, my face looked really dull and lifeless.
So, I've recently established a home care routine, and I'd like to share a few skin care tips that may seem simple, but have proven effective. First, I apply a hydrating ampoule right after washing my face without drying it. Since I'm blocking the moisture in the bathroom before going to the vanity, my skin definitely feels less tight. My second skin care tip is to apply a slightly cooled soothing pack with cica twice a week. This is the best for cooling down your face when it's heated up from a hot pack or heater.
In fact, I've been realizing that the most fundamental skin care tips are drinking plenty of water and maintaining indoor humidity above 50%, rather than slathering on expensive cosmetics. The end of the year brings a lot of engagements and frequent drinking, making it the perfect time for skin to get damaged, but even these small routines are the best way to maintain a healthy skin condition. I know everyone's tired this evening, but I hope you all take another look in the mirror, take good care of yourself, and get a good night's sleep.
