Has anyone tried Pantodil Hair Ampoule in dry winters like these?

It's already well past 8 p.m. Are you all enjoying some tangerines and relaxing? It's cold outside and extremely dry indoors due to the heaters, but my hair has been a total mess lately. Static electricity is a given, and split ends are frustrating. Then, on my way home from work, one of my wireless earphones stopped working, and I was feeling a bit down... ㅠㅠ Then, I briefly met a friend, and after listening to my concerns, she recommended the Pantodil Hair Ampoule, saying it was a godsend.
