I'm timidly posting this late at night while drinking a diet shake...
It's already 11:11... The sound of the heater on this quiet night is making me feel even more restless. I recently started a challenge to drink 2 liters of water a day, but maybe because it's winter, I only reach for warm water, and I have to go to the bathroom too often, which is secretly stressing me out. But my skin is so dry, so I'm holding back and drinking. Actually, my biggest worry is the belly fat I've been gaining since all the year-end gatherings... So, instead of eating dinner tonight, I drank a diet shake. I started this diet timidly and secretly, but now that night is coming, I can't stop thinking about tangerines and fish-shaped bread. My stomach is full and rumbling from the water and diet shake, but I can't seem to satisfy my cravings for something to chew, which is a bit miserable. Is there anyone out there who relies on diet shakes to survive this cold winter like me? I suddenly wondered and worried if I was being too much of a bother, or if everyone else was having such a hard time managing their hair. The static electricity was making my hair fly and making me feel empty inside. I need to drink another glass of water and close my eyes.
