Is this Cutslin Anti-Spike essential for your winter diet?
How do you all manage your winter skin? I've been craving bungeoppang (fish-shaped bread) and tangerines lately, so I feel like I've gained weight so quickly, so I'm asking a quick question. I'm finishing up my morning work with my favorite song on repeat, and when I look in the mirror, my face looks seriously puffy...ㅠㅠ It's cold outside and the heater is blasting, so my body feels damp, but why does my mouth look so bland? I see a lot of people on Instagram and online communities taking Cutslin Anti-Spike, but is it really effective in controlling blood sugar spikes? I'm worried because I have a lot of plans for the end of the year and I'm craving spicy food for lunch. I've also seen a lot of reviews saying that taking a packet of Cutslin Anti-Spike before a meal can help with the psychological effects, so I'm thinking about buying one today. My basal metabolic rate is supposed to increase in the winter, but I tend to eat more, so I'm wondering if I should consider taking a supplement. It's so hard to change my lifestyle these days when it's too cold to move. If anyone has tried Cutslin Anti-Spike regularly, please share your experience! I'm currently having a hard time deciding on a purchase, but I'm really curious to see if it's worth the money. It's almost lunchtime, so I'd love to hear from you all, whether you're watching your diet or enjoying the food!
