On dry winter nights, I share my skin care tips and ask questions.
After a minor argument with a friend, I came home and found myself feeling very emotionally drained. Feeling like I wasted my emotions, I washed my face and looked in the mirror, only to find my skin cracked and chapped by the heater wind. I'm curious to know what skincare tips you all use to combat dryness at this time of year. I think even expensive cosmetics are useless if they don't absorb properly. One of the most basic skincare tips I follow is to apply a moisturizing ampoule right after washing my face without drying it completely. It's like opening up the moisture barrier. I try to keep my hands calm when I'm feeling anxious, but it's not easy. Static electricity keeps my hair sticking to my face, and the weather is below freezing, so even with the humidifier on, my nose feels dry late at night. As I get older, I find that my skin is the first to show signs of a bad day. So tonight, I'm going through my list of skincare tips one by one. Is it better to apply a sheet mask every day, or is it more effective to mix a moisturizer with face oil? If you have a solid routine of your own, please share it with me. After thinking about it objectively, I think sharing this practical information would be far more productive for my mental health than wasting my emotions.
