What are your personal winter skin care tips?
The weather suddenly got so cold... It's almost 10 p.m., and I'm wondering if everyone's having a good day. On my way home from work today, I gave my parents some pocket money, even if it was just a little, because the end of the year is approaching. Seeing them happy makes me feel so warm, but when I get home and look at my face in the mirror, my heart feels a little bitter. Working all day under the heater in the cold wind has made my skin feel different, and I'm seriously worried about it. Do you have any special skin care tips that you cherish? I try to apply an ampoule right after washing my face without using a towel, but I'm not sure if that really helps with moisturizing. Could you share some skin care tips that have proven effective in extremely dry winter weather like mine? I've also heard that using sheet masks every day can actually be harmful. I'm also curious about the optimal frequency of using them. If you could share just one of your most trusted skin care tips for preventing dryness in the winter, it would be incredibly helpful. Is it better to apply a generous sleeping pack before bed or to layer on cream? Or is it better to mix in a drop of oil? Please advise.
