I'm sharing my established whitening routine to improve my complexion during the winter.
How are you all managing your complexion these days? The weather's cold and dry, and my skin has been looking duller and more flaky than usual, which has been a concern. I impulsively bought a bunch of products during the All Young sale, so I looked at the ingredient lists and designed my own optimal whitening routine. The core of my whitening routine is focusing on antioxidant care in the evening. Vitamin C is prone to oxidation, so I use it mainly at night when I'm away from UV rays. I layer it with hyaluronic acid, which replenishes moisture, to reduce irritation while increasing the absorption of the active ingredients. Since heaters can easily disrupt the oil-water balance, I'm also meticulously applying a barrier cream. After about ten days of this whitening routine, my dull complexion has definitely brightened. What ingredients do you focus on during this cold winter? If anyone uses high-dose vitamin products like I do, I'd love to hear your tips. This is something I realized while analyzing the ingredient mix this time. It seems that moisturizing is more important than simple whitening to properly create a glow!
