Are diet shakes okay as meal replacements?

Hello~^^ I'm currently controlling my diet, but I don't like the product I'm eating now.

As I was looking for other products that were easy to take with me and help me manage my diet, I became very interested in diet shakes.

I chose this because they said it was better to eat light meals rather than skipping meals completely.

Actually, when you use a diet shake as a meal replacement, does it make you feel full for a long time?

 

Especially when you drink diet shakes during a long fasting period, such as in the morning or evening.

I also want to know if you suddenly feel empty or if you feel hungrier.

I think it's important not just to feel full when drinking it, but to maintain a sense of stability over a certain period of time!!

 

I'm also curious about how my physical condition changes when I consistently drink diet shakes.

If you drink shakes for a few days, you may feel bloated or have indigestion.

I think I can start only if it is a type that I can continue taking daily without any burden...

I'm also curious about whether I can choose it without any problems before or after exercise or on days when I'm very active.

 

Lastly, I'm curious about how it can be used in everyday life, aside from diet management!

Is it okay to choose it as a simple meal on a busy day, or can it also be used as a snack?

    추운 날씨에도 불구하고 식단을 꼼꼼하게 관리하시는 모습이 대단하시네요. 아침이나 저녁 공복 시간의 포만감까지 세심하게 따져보시고... 시도한지 얼마 안되신다면... 식사로만 삼기에는 어렵더라고요

    다이어트 쉐이크는 식사 대신 마셔도 포만감에도 도움되고 단백질이나 식이섬유 덕분에 일반 식사보다 허기 덜 느껴지더라고요 ㅎㅎ
    다만 완전한 정식 식사를 완전히 대체하기보단 하루 1끼 정도 식사대용으로 활용하면서 다른 식사에서 영양 균형 챙기는게 좋으니 참고하세요~!
