How to soothe dry scalp in winter with an evening routine and scalp care ampoule.

This is a short record of a winter night that I wrote in a hurry because I was in a hurry because my phone battery was at 5%.

It's already 9:30, and I've been turning up the heater, and I feel like my whole body is screaming with dryness. Especially in winter, it feels like even my head is drying out, which is a real concern.

 

We put on face packs and apply a lot of cream, but surprisingly, one area that is easily neglected is the crown of the head.

So these days, I try to make sure to include at least one scalp care ampoule in my bedtime routine.

After carefully dividing the area and applying the scalp care ampoule, I gently massage it with my fingertips, and I immediately feel the burning sensation subside. It can be annoying at times, but I take it seriously with the intention of preventing dryness, flaking, and itchiness before they occur.

 

If you, like me, struggle with winter static electricity and dryness, I recommend picking a scalp care ampoule with good ingredients from your regular products and using it every night without fail.
