I'm going to try a diet shake for the first time.

I recently visited my parents. My mom mentioned that my face looked a bit puffy lately, and my heart sank for no reason... It's been so cold in the winter, so I haven't been going out much, just lying around and eating tangerines, so I've definitely felt heavier. Now that I'm in my 40s, I'm especially worried because I'm not losing weight as quickly as I used to, perhaps due to aging. So, after much deliberation, I've decided to make some changes to my home care routine, starting today. I don't think I have the stamina to start a major workout, so for now, I'm going to try replacing my dinner with a diet shake. There are so many different options on the market, so I've been looking at the ingredients for a while, but my timid personality is worried I might give up on something that tastes bad, so it's hard to make a decision. I've been researching, and I've heard that diet shakes these days are said to be well-balanced and high in protein. Could diet shakes be a good home care option for someone like me who has poor digestion and is always tempted by late-night snacks? Starting tomorrow, I'm going to really try to stick to this routine, but I need some advice from those who have tried it consistently... If you know of a product that's not greasy and tastes good, please give me a little encouragement.
