I'm thinking about trying diet shakes as meal replacements while trying to lose weight. Is that okay?
It's already been over a month since I started my New Year's resolution to diet. I've been exercising consistently, but controlling my diet feels like the hardest thing in the world. It's especially painful to endure hunger after work, so I'm thinking about ordering a simple and filling diet shake. I tried one before, but it was too greasy and tasteless, so I quickly gave up. But I've heard there are so many delicious options these days, so I'm going to give it another try.
Ingredients are important, but can anyone recommend a diet shake that's high in protein and low in sugar? I'm also curious about how long it lasts when mixed with milk or soy milk. I'm a big eater, so I worry that if I get hungry quickly, I'll end up snacking late at night. If anyone who uses meal replacements knows of a nutritionally balanced, non-sweetening diet shake, please share. This time, I really want to reach my goal weight, so I'm really focused on my diet. I'll look forward to your response!
