How to use a mask pack

I recommend this mask pack. It's better to use it like this than every day.

I used to think daily sheet masks would be beneficial, but sometimes they can be burdensome. So these days, I only use the recommended sheet masks before special occasions or when my skin feels unstable. I notice better results, and my skin feels less sensitive. Especially if I lock in moisture with cream right after using the sheet mask, I notice a noticeable difference when I apply makeup the next day. I've finally learned that timing is more important than consistency with sheet masks. I think it's best not to overdo it.
