방 안의 적정 온도를 맞추는 것만으로도 속당김이 덜하다고 하셔서 무척 솔깃하네요. 혹시 실내 온도를 구체적으로 몇 도 정도에 맞춰두시는지 알 수 있을까요?
On this late night... Should I share my home care routine that helps with dryness?
I wonder if you're all having a good night... At this early hour of 12:47, I couldn't resist a little hunger, so I took a quick trip to the convenience store near my house. I bought and ate a new chestnut cream bun. It was so sweet and chewy, it felt like my frozen body was thawing, and I was so happy. But when I looked in the mirror, my face was so drier from the heater all day, and I felt so sorry for it. As the days went by, the dryness worsened, and my skin, from my daily habits to my skin texture, was changing, and it was incredibly troubling. So these days, I'm trying to stick to my own meticulous home care routine every day. In particular, I've developed the habit of applying a generous moisturizing pack before bed and maintaining the right room temperature, and I've definitely noticed less dryness. These little home care routines add up, and they seem to be helping to protect my skin barrier as I approach my 40s, and I feel a sense of pride in that. For sensitive skin, a home care routine that focuses on moisturizing and soothing rather than irritating functional cosmetics seems to be the best fit for this time of year... I'm curious how you all manage dryness during this harsh winter season. Are there any of you who, like me, stay up all night applying face masks? If you have any valuable tips of your own, please share them with me!
