Enduring the winter with a single scalp care ampoule and the cold air of the night
Walking home at this hour, the smell of bungeoppang (fish-shaped bread) on the street makes me realize how deep winter has deepened. Unfortunately, I passed by without any cash in my pocket, but it's a bittersweet night that makes my mouth water. When I get home and look in the mirror, I realize my scalp is flushed and itchy, perhaps from being exposed to the heater all day in sub-zero temperatures. It's at times like this that I devote the most effort to my scalp care ampoule routine. After washing thoroughly and before drying my hair, I apply it thoroughly to sections. It definitely soothes and calms the irritated areas. I used to think I only applied essence to the ends of my hair, but now in my 40s, I've come to realize that a scalp care ampoule routine is not an option, but a necessity for fundamental hair restoration. With the cold air and the static electricity that plagues this season, this process of restoring the damaged oil-moisture balance is more crucial than ever. Today, I'll finish my day by applying a generous amount of scalp care ampoule before bed and giving my scalp a light acupressure massage. I hope everyone finds a peaceful time to care for themselves in their own way during these dry winter nights.
