Please recommend a skin barrier management product for my skin condition!

I'm worried because my skin condition is in bad shape these days due to the large daily temperature difference.

After washing my face, my face feels hot and easily turns red even with minor irritation, so I desperately need a skin barrier management product.

What kind of skin barrier care product would be good not only to replenish moisture but also to strengthen the skin from within?

I'm looking for a well-balanced skin barrier care product. If you happen to know of any mild products that won't cause any problems even if I have sensitive skin, please recommend them.

A thick formulation like an ointment is good, but a cream type that is easy to apply daily is also welcome.
