루틴을 단순하게 줄였는데도 피부가 훨씬 편안해진 걸 보면 지금 피부에 딱 맞는 방법을 잘 찾으신 것 같아요! 자극 줄이고 보습만 안정적으로 챙기면 겨울에도 무리 없이 버틸 수 있죠 :)
A home care routine tailored to your skin condition
My skin hasn't been in great shape lately, so I've changed my home care routine. For a full-on routine, I used to apply essence in the morning, followed by gel, lotion, or face oil. In the evening, I applied essence and applied a regular face pack. But my skin was in terrible shape, so I tried to figure out the cause, changing things one by one. But now, I've completely changed my home care routine.
I think it's been about two weeks since I changed my home care routine.
In the morning, I just wash my face with water or use a small amount of cleansing oil or body wash to slightly reduce the oiliness on my face.
And in the evening, I wash my face with a cleanser and apply a regular amount of vegan lotion to my face. I apply just enough so that it doesn't feel dry and doesn't cause wrinkles. (If you apply too little, it dries out quickly.)
Now that I've done this, my skin feels less tight than it did two weeks ago. It's also less irritating, which is really nice. I think I'll be finishing this winter with this routine. ^^
