I'm posting this because I'm worried about my own simple winter whitening care routine.
Ugh... I can't sleep at this late hour... And since the drama I was looking forward to is canceled today, I feel a strange emptiness, so I just stare in the mirror. Maybe it's the heater blowing, or why does my face look so dull and lifeless? Maybe it's the winter dryness. I've been trying to stick to my usual whitening routine, but I'm so timid, so I keep questioning whether it's the right approach. I'm diligently applying vitamin ampoules and trying to drink plenty of water, but... Honestly, this whitening routine doesn't seem to have dramatic results right away, which makes me even more anxious. Everyone else already seems to have clear, radiant skin, and I feel like I'm falling behind. Now that I'm in my 40s, I'm starting to see dark spots, which is frustrating. Do any of you have any proven whitening routines or lifestyle tips of your own? I know this might seem like a trivial question, but I'd appreciate some advice. Thank you for reading this long post on this cold night.
