For dieting, I recommend diet shakes!

When starting a diet, most people think about chicken breast or salad first, right? But for people like me who can't afford to waste a minute in the morning or don't have the energy to cook after work, these resolutions usually end up lasting only three days. That's why I found the alternative: diet shakes.

Actually, I used to be averse to diet shakes because they seemed artificial, but looking at the diet shakes on the market these days, I've noticed they're much more nutritionally balanced than most regular diets. I'll share some tips for choosing one based on my experience trying several different types.

 

The criteria for choosing a diet shake that will not fail are:

1) Check protein vs. sugar: If you choose a high-sugar product solely for its taste, it's like drinking a regular beverage. Be sure to check the nutrition facts!

2) Crunch: Drinking it with grains or toppings tricks the brain into feeling fuller for much longer than just drinking it like water.

3) Variety of flavors: Rather than buying just one in bulk, try a variety of flavors. The moment you get sick of it, your diet is over.
