A small record of my 40s, sharing my own winter skin care tips.

It's already well past seven in the evening. As soon as I got home from work, I snuggled under the warm electric blanket and ate a few tangerines, but my fingertips quickly turned yellow... It's the dead of winter, and the cold wind is how nice it feels to be under this warm blanket. Still, as I get older, the dry heater wind and cold feel harsh on my skin. Today, I'd like to share a few skin care tips I've personally experienced. The most important thing in winter is, of course, moisturizing. My recommended skin care tip is to mix a couple drops of facial oil with your regular nourishing cream and layer it on. It might seem like a small thing, but you'll notice a noticeable improvement in skin texture when you wash your face the next day. And don't forget to keep the humidity in your home by using a humidifier. It's more important than just caring for your skin's appearance to keep it from drying out. Sometimes, when my face feels too tight, I think applying a generous amount of light essence before applying a sheet mask is a wise little skincare tip. Now that I'm in my 40s, daily skincare isn't as tedious as it used to be, and it can be a bit of a hassle, but I believe this dedication ultimately creates a clear complexion... Everyone, be careful not to catch a cold this cold evening, and for your tired skin, why not take a quick moment to moisturize? Have a comfortable and warm night.
