I'm curious about the basic routine of a whitening care routine^^

Clear skin is good for your skin health, so I'm thinking about trying a whitening treatment. Dark circles around my eyes are also a concern. So, I'm thinking about creating a whitening routine to improve my facial tone.

But I've never created a whitening care routine and I'm not doing any whitening care, so I'm worried from the start.

I have a whitening routine, but I only have a really simple whitening cream and eye cream. How should I structure my routine?

Can I incorporate a whitening care routine into my regular routine?
