I was looking in the mirror and I got dizzy. Do you know of any good diet shakes?

It's sub-zero outside, so I've kept the windows shut, and the air in my room feels particularly heavy and stuffy... I suddenly looked in the mirror one night, and I realized my face has become round like the full moon, probably from overeating tangerines and bungeoppang (fish-shaped bread) all winter. Is it just me who feels a chill in my heart? I've been busy with gatherings, caught up in the holiday spirit, and I've been using the cold as an excuse to stay still, and my body has become really heavy. I've decided it's time to stop procrastinating and start taking care of myself, so I've been looking into diet shakes. I've had bad memories of forcing myself to drink unpalatable drinks, so I'm a bit hesitant about choosing, but I've heard there are a lot of diet shakes out there these days that taste good and have good ingredients. Is there anyone out there who, like me, drinks diet shakes to satisfy their nightly hunger? I'm curious if there are any that aren't overly sweet, yet have a subtle, nutty flavor like grains that won't tire you out. Even though the air is stuffy, I long to feel lighter in the middle of the night. Could you share your precious diet shake reviews? Are they delicious enough to drink with just water, or do you need to mix them with something like soy milk? Could you please advise?

    말씀하신 것처럼 요즘은 시중에 곡물 위주의 고소한 제품들이 참 많이 나와 있는데, 예전의 안 좋았던 기억을 지워줄 만한 깔끔한 제품을 찾으시길 진심으로 응원합니다. 혹시 작성자님께서는 쉐이크를 고르실 때 당류 함량이 낮은 담백한 맛을 가장 중요하게 생각하시는지, 아니면 안에 곡물 알갱이가 들어있어 씹는 재미가 있는 타입을 더 선호하시는지 궁금합니다. 또한 물에만 타서 드셨을 때의 가벼운 목 넘김을 원하시는지, 아니면 두유 등을 섞어 든든한 한 끼 식사 같은 포만감을 느끼고 싶으신지에 대해서도 평소의 취향이 어떠신지 여쭤봐도 될까요?
