Thanks to diet shakes, I'm able to maintain both my winter diet and skin care.

It's winter, and working under the office heater is killing my skin. I was so busy this morning that I forgot to put on hand cream, and the backs of my hands are already cracked and itchy. Even with the humidifier running, this extreme dryness doesn't seem to be working. Especially these days, with the end-of-year atmosphere, I've been overeating at lunch gatherings, and my body feels heavy. So, starting today, I've decided to start watching my diet a little. It's past midnight, so I'm finally taking a breather with a simple diet shake.

In fact, I think that consuming a well-balanced diet shake is a much better choice for my skin health and energy replenishment than simply starving myself. In the winter, activity levels drop significantly, which can lower my basal metabolic rate. But by using a diet shake every now and then to empty my stomach, my complexion definitely looks clearer. I carefully selected one with a balanced amount of protein and vitamins to ensure my skin doesn't suffer while dieting, and it tastes surprisingly rich, so I think I'll be able to drink it for a long time without getting tired of it.

It's so cold these days that I don't want to move, but I hope you're taking care of your health by replenishing moisture frequently and eating lightly.
