I started a diet shake plan, but am I making the right choice?
For someone as timid as me, even a single word of criticism at work can make me feel down all day, and today is one of those days. It's well past 3 p.m., and the weather's getting colder, so I'm desperately craving some fish cake soup, but I'm holding back.
Lately, I've been worrying that my weight has gotten too heavy because of all the New Year's gatherings I've been attending. So, I've decided to try and control my weight by drinking a light diet shake in the evening. However, the diet shake I chose is so sweet and delicious that I'm starting to doubt whether it's actually helping me manage my weight. And because it lacks chewiness, it's hard to satisfy my hunger with just a diet shake, so I keep craving other snacks.
