Please recommend a whitening care routine.

Lately, my skin tone has been looking dull, so I'd like to develop a proper whitening routine. When I searched online, I found so many different whitening routines that it's hard to know which order is most effective. If you have any whitening routines that you've found effective, please share them with me. I'm curious about toner, essence, and cream, or a routine that's easy to implement daily. A whitening routine that's suitable for sensitive skin would be even better. Anyone with experience, please share your advice.
