How does everyone do their home care routine? I manage it by using Cutslin Butter Shake.

Suddenly, I remembered a slip of the tongue I made on a blind date a while ago, so I kicked the blanket and... I drank a glass of warm water to wake myself up. It's already 9:20, and I'm curious about everyone's evening home care routine. The weather has been so dry and cold lately, so it's important to balance your entire body, not just your face. I think I've been getting edema from being under the heater for so long, so I've been lightening my diet by drinking a Cutslin butter shake in the evening. Honestly, the temptation of tangerines or bungeoppang (fish-shaped bread) is so strong in the winter, and once you get the hang of it, there's no going back. So I've been calming down and replacing my late-night snack with this Cutslin butter shake. It's surprisingly rich and filling, so it's easy to resist when I'm hungry at night. I'm also concerned about my hair getting frizzy from static electricity, and there are a lot of things to take care of, but drinking a Cutslin butter shake and doing some stretching feels like a good way to end the day.     겨울에는 특히 간식이 더 당기는것 같아요. 붕어빵 호떡같은 간식들 어렵지만 참아야하는데 컷슬린 버터쉐이크가 큰 도움된다니 그래도 대안이 있네요.
    포만감만 지속적으로 느껴져도 간식생각이 덜나니까요
