Year-End Diet Management, Home Care Routines, and How to Use Diet Shakes
I came home from a petty argument with a friend last night, and now that night has arrived, my heart is heavy. It's already well past 9 p.m., and the cold outside has made the air inside incredibly dry due to the heater. It's times like these that I'm trying to regroup and focus on a logical home care routine. First, I slathered on an ampoule to soothe my skin, which has become flaky due to the dry heating, and then used a cooling device to soothe it. After analyzing my daily nutritional intake, I realized I consumed too much sugar due to the year-end gatherings. So, to balance my calorie intake, I've been drinking a diet shake as a meal replacement. The shake I chose is rich in grains, which makes it rich, and I believe it's also effective in preventing muscle loss due to its high whey protein content. Stress often leads to a late-night snack, but drinking a diet shake beforehand keeps me full, which prevents unnecessary calorie intake and allows me to maintain a healthy body. I want to make up with my friend tomorrow, but for now, I need to finish today by taking care of my body and mind with products that contain good ingredients.
