This is a record of overnight home care to overcome dryness in winter.
It's well past 11 p.m., and I'm looking in the mirror when I suddenly get a surprise. I can't find my daily lip balm, and my lips are parched and dry. Not only that, but my entire face looks exhausted from the heater. Winter is truly a harsh season. So today, I decided to take stock of my overdue home care journal. Since last week, my skin has become noticeably drier, so I've been applying sheet masks and hydrating packs. Looking through my photos, I can definitely see the difference in my complexion on days when I've been diligently practicing home care versus days when I'm just tired and just sleep. The wrinkles around my eyes and the dryness around my mouth are especially noticeable. How do you all improve your skin condition on winter nights like this? I'm curious about the trendy modeling packs, and I'm also curious about the dramatic effects of home care using equipment like galvanic devices. It's the end of the year, so there's been a lot of drinking and sleep deprivation, so my skin is in terrible condition. Tomorrow, I'm definitely going to buy a new lip balm, which I lost, and start taking better care of it. Do you have any hidden tips or routines you'd like to recommend? Sweet dreams, and I hope you all wake up with beautiful skin tomorrow!
