Please recommend a mask pack that will help my skin during the changing seasons!

Hello, my skin condition is a mess these days, maybe because the weather has suddenly become dry.

Even though I usually do my best to take care of my skin at home, my skin feels tight and dull after washing my face.
They say that the fastest and most reliable way in this situation is to use one pack a day, so I'd like to get recommendations for good mask packs.

There are so many products on the market that it's hard to choose. Can anyone recommend a mask pack that's non-irritating and provides long-lasting moisture?
I think it would be better if the product had good adhesion and didn't run.
