My evening diet shake routine these days to soothe and manage my red face...!
It's almost 9 o'clock already... It's so cold today, it feels like it's freezing outside, but it's so stuffy inside because of the heater. My face turned red like a carrot when I suddenly came into a warm place after being exposed to the cold wind, and I still feel hot... Every time I look in the mirror, my skin seems to have become more sensitive, and I worry that I'll gain weight because it's the end of the year. So these days, I'm trying to eat light dinners, and I've started drinking diet shakes while managing my diet and doing home care. I feel like if I eat anything late at night, my face gets puffy and my skin condition worsens the next day... Honestly, I'm a bit picky and timid, so I worried a lot about whether it would taste good, but the diet shake is surprisingly rich and filling! After washing my face and applying a face pack, I just have a diet shake like this, and it feels like I've completed my perfect evening home care routine. But on the other hand, I'm a little worried that just eating this alone might not be enough nutrition... Do any of you manage your evenings like I do with diet shakes when you go out? If you have any good tips, please let me know!
