Is it okay to apply Livihill sunscreen to dry, itchy skin in the winter?

Oh my, I was just washing my face and my face felt so rough because it's winter, so I exfoliated a little too hard and now my cheeks are red and it feels so hot...!! Looking out the window, it's 3:59 PM and the sun is still strong, but if I go out like this, my skin will be in trouble! I was looking for something that's good for calming my skin and I saw a lot of reviews of the Livihill sunscreen, so I put it in my cart right now?! I heard that this has ingredients that help with skin regeneration, so is it true?? I'm so curious to know if it stings when I use the Livihill sunscreen when my skin is super sensitive like mine!! I'm so impatient, so I want to buy it right now, but my heart is racing. Looking at the ingredients for the Livihill sunscreen, it seems to have peptides in it and it looks really gentle, but I'm really curious if it's really moisturizing and goes on smoothly! My skin is really dry in the winter, so does it have more moisture than oil? If I buy this right now, I won't regret it?!
