Would the Cutslin Anti-Spike be effective for someone like me?
This winter, I've been gaining weight no matter what I eat.
This is the first time I've gained this much weight since I turned 20, so I started trying to lose it quickly, but the saying "sudden weight loss" doesn't make sense because the weight I gained this time is just not coming off at all ㅠㅠ

I usually eat a lot of carbohydrates like bread and noodles, but when I'm stressed, I obsessively crave sweets, like chocolate bars or cake. Since I sleep late, I often eat late-night snacks, usually simple ones like cup ramen, pizza, or chicken... and I eat yeop-tteok (rice cake) at least once a week. Yeop-tteok is probably responsible for half of my sudden weight gain.
Maintaining a healthy diet is best, but since I don't have time after work, I often order delivery food and only eat things that I want to eat to relieve stress, so controlling my diet doesn't go as well as I thought.
Anyway, I consume a lot of carbohydrates, and I eat a lot of sweet and salty foods alternately. Will CutSleen Anti-Spike be effective for someone like me?
