Bad habits that ruin your skin condition... I'm going to fix these and find light.
My skin has been so dry lately, so I looked back on my lifestyle and realized I've been doing only the bad things ㅠㅠ
The first thing I fixed was changing my pillowcase frequently!! I sweat and drool while I sleep (lol) and it all gets on my pillow, and since it touches my face, it's impossible not to have trouble...
These days, I sleep with a towel or wash my face cover every other day, and my acne on my chin has really decreased!! And I also broke the habit of rubbing my face too hard with my hands when washing it.
After using a foam net to make a lot of foam, I gently roll my face without touching my hands. It definitely causes less irritation and my redness has improved a lot. Expensive cosmetics are important, but I think these small habits are really something that can't be ignored. Fighting, everyone!!
