As I get older, I feel like my sleep and eating habits show up on my skin more than my cosmetics. These days, no matter how busy I am, I try not to eat anything but water after 8 PM.
I definitely feel like my face is less puffy the next morning after I stop eating late at night, and my skin texture is much smoother every time I look in the mirror~^^
And when I wash my face, I never forget to lightly pat it with cold water at the end~ It feels like my pores are tightened, so I can start the day refreshed. It's a small habit, but I think consistency is the answer~ Everyone, fighting for the rest of your day!!
