Ha.. I was really depressed last week because my skin was really bad?? I wondered what the cause was, and it turned out that I hadn't changed my pillowcase in a long time ㅠㅠ (embarrassing..)
Since that day, I was so shocked that I put a towel on my pillow and changed it every day. It's amazing that the acne on my cheeks has noticeably decreased!!
I think basic lifestyle habits are more important than expensive treatments. I bought a 2-liter bottle of water to try to get into the habit of drinking water. Is there anyone who wants to change their habits with me until the day my skin gets brighter? ㅋㅋㅋ
