I'm not good at taking supplements or anything like that, so I tried changing what I usually drink. I used to like Americano, and while I'm not completely off the menu, I've broken my daily coffee habit.
They say that the hormones released when you drink caffeine can trigger sebum production. I have acne-prone skin, especially whiteheads, so I've decided to cut out caffeine and have been drinking tea these days. I keep a ton of tea bags at work, and I find it more fun to choose from a variety of flavors than just drinking coffee all day. They're also delicious.
If you have skin concerns, especially acne, I recommend that you try drinking tea instead of coffee like I did!
