요즘 같은 날씨엔 이런 비법 글이 제일 반가워요.
How's everyone's skin these days? Every winter, my face would crack and peel like it was in a drought, and my makeup would flake off. I've tried a lot of different things, but I recently settled on a routine that's been really effective, so I wanted to share a few things with you.
The first thing I changed was my post-washing routine. I keep a mist in my bathroom, and immediately after washing, I spray it on within three seconds of drying my face. Even in that short time of moving to the vanity, all the moisture evaporates, leaving my skin feeling tight and dry. Preventing this is a huge step forward.
Next, apply a gentle, cost-effective toner in several thin layers. Applying toner two or three times and allowing it to absorb is more effective than applying an expensive essence once, as it hydrates your skin from within and helps prevent tightness. When applying a moisturizing cream, mix in just one drop of face oil to finish, creating a protective layer that keeps your skin plump and plump until the next morning.
Lastly, keeping a humidifier by your bedside while you sleep is no longer an option; it's a necessity. If the air itself is dry, no amount of product will do anything. It may seem like a small thing, but by diligently following the basics, I can definitely feel my skin condition improving.
You may already know this, but I thought I'd write this down in case anyone else struggles like I did. I hope you all overcome dryness well, and if you have any secret tips, please share them in the comments!
