My own routine that affects my skin condition - a real fixation routine!

Hello. My skin condition has noticeably improved recently, so I'd like to share some of the routines I've been following. I hope this will be of some help to anyone with skin concerns.

 

Cleansing Routine: On days when I wear makeup, I always thoroughly emulsify my skin with cleansing oil, then double-wash with a mildly acidic foam. Residue is the main culprit behind breakouts.

Basic skincare: Since I'm on a cosmetic diet, I stick to a three-step regimen: toner, ampoule, and moisturizer. However, when my skin is feeling unwell, I use a modeling pack to cool down. This is incredibly effective.

Lifestyle habits: Drinking plenty of water is a given, and I try to never touch my face with my hands. Cleaning my smartphone screen is also surprisingly important.

    저도 집에 오면 손 씻자마자 알콜스왑으로 핸드폰부터 닦아줘요ㅋㅋ 하루종일 손에 쥐고 사는게 핸드폰이다보니 매일 안닦아주면 찝찝하더라고요
