My own routine that affects my skin condition without spending money
How do you all take care of your skin? I appreciate expensive dermatological treatments, but ultimately, my daily habits determine my skin condition. I'll share my routine, which I've been following for over a month and have found to be very beneficial.
First of all, since I started washing my face with water in the morning, my dryness has really improved. I used to need to thoroughly cleanse with foam cleanser to feel refreshed, but I think that was actually eating away at my skin barrier. And immediately after washing my face, I go to the bathroom and spray mist or apply toner! This is really important.
Another thing is to take vitamin C and get at least seven hours of sleep. It might sound obvious, but I'm not the only one who notices that when I don't get enough sleep, my skin becomes dull and bumpy the next day, right? Haha. Going to bed a little earlier is better than using any pack, rather than changing my cosmetics. Do you have any cheat-key routines when your condition is really bad? Let me know~~
