My skin is turning over during the changing seasons..ㅠㅠ I'm sharing my own routine to overcome it!!

Is everyone's skin okay these days..? Mine has been a total mess, maybe because of the unpredictable weather. ㅠㅠ When I wake up in the morning, my face is puffy and after washing my face, my skin feels really tight.. sob sob

I don't have time to go to expensive treatments, but I want to survive at home, so I'm writing down a few of my own "survival routines" that I diligently stick to!! They're nothing fancy, but if you just stick to the basics, you'll definitely see results. ㅎㅎ

The first thing is to 'drink water & use the humidifier at full blast'. It sounds so obvious, but...ㅋㅋ If you get hit by the heater at work, your face will really tear ㅠㅠ I keep a mini humidifier on my desk, and I always use a large tumbler. It's a bit annoying to have to go to the bathroom so often, but... My complexion the next day is different on days when I drink 2 liters of water and on days when I don't.

The second is a 'cosmetic diet'!! I applied this and that because my skin was bad, but instead, whiteheads appeared ㅡㅡ^ So I just applied one moisturizing ampoule and one regeneration cream. Instead, I layered the ampoule twice to fill it up deep?? This way, my skin felt like it could breathe and I felt much more comfortable ㅎㅎ

The last secret is to use a 'modeling pack' twice a week!! I know this is really annoying.. but the effect is the most similar to what you get at a dermatologist's office ㅋㅋ If you apply a lot of ampoule and put a cold pack on, the heat will go down and you can see your pores become tighter. After using it, your skin will be so soft that you won't be able to stop..^^;;
