Getting ready for work every morning is incredibly stressful, and when your skin feels dry, it's even more stressful. So, I'm going to share my 5-minute skincare routine that I've been following consistently lately. First, I just wash my face with water in the morning.
I used to use foam cleansers, but I felt like they actually made my skin feel more dry, so now I just gently wash my face with water. After that, I smooth out my skin texture with a toner pad. The most important thing is to use only one ampoule.
Applying multiple products at once actually causes my makeup to smudge. So, I just thoroughly apply a moisturizing ampoule. My skin doesn't feel tight all day, which is incredibly satisfying.
Lastly, I absolutely must bring sunscreen. It may be a bit of a hassle, but it's absolutely essential, right?
I think everyone agrees. Just by doing this, my makeup goes on better, and I can definitely feel my skin condition improving. It's nothing special, but I think consistent practice is the most important thing.
