I've been completely changing my lifestyle these days to try to improve my skin condition.
I haven't been getting much sleep lately, so I've noticed my skin is getting dull and my complexion is looking dull.
Expensive maintenance is good, but I want to start by fixing the things that have broken down in my daily life, so I'm only paying attention to three things.
The first thing is to drink a glass of lukewarm water as soon as I wake up in the morning. I feel like this is secretly laying the foundation for fighting dry skin, so I always do it.
Second, wash your face immediately after work. If you put it off, you'll end up staying up late with dust on your face, which seems to be the main cause of breakouts.
The last thing is to apply a generous amount of Liviheal Ampoule after washing your face and go to bed early.
I feel like my skin feels stuffy if I apply too many different products, so I finish with one barrier care ampoule and sleep well, and my complexion definitely looks clearer in the morning.
In the end, I think if you eat well, sleep well, and just follow the basics, your skin will be in average condition.
It's nothing grand, but since I started this routine, I feel less stressed and my skin feels much more comfortable.
For the time being, I'm going to try to maintain this healthy routine without overdoing it.
