겨울이라 더 푸석한 느낌이더라고요. 저는 갱년기 나이가 드니까 더 푸석한 느끼밍ㅠㅠ
I've been taking a good look at my skin lately, and to be honest, it's been a bit confusing. Every morning, I looked in the mirror and noticed my skin felt a bit drier than usual. I was especially surprised to see my cheeks looking puffy and slightly flaky. Plus, maybe because of the fine dust, my face has been itching and red on some days. My skin feels more sensitive than usual, so I've been thinking I need to be more careful with my skincare.
On the other hand, my T-zone has been a bit oily lately. I think it's probably due to stress, or maybe it's because my skin has been producing more oil. So, I've been paying more attention to applying powder when I apply makeup, but the oiliness often stays on throughout the day, making it uncomfortable.
So, recently, I've started focusing on applying moisturizer suited to my skin type and using hydrating masks two to three times a week. I'm also trying to be gentle when washing my face, not rubbing it too hard. I'm afraid that overexerting myself will make things worse.
These days, I'm realizing the importance of listening to the little signals my skin sends me and consistently taking care of it. I'm going to continue to check my skin condition in the mirror every day and find a method that works best for me. After all, when your skin improves, so does your mood!
