좋은 습관이에요. 저도 생활 속에서 가벼운 것 하나하나 신경쓰고 살아요^^ 그런 습관이 모여서 피부 상태를 결정하는 것 같아서요. 수건을 안 쓸수는 없고 가볍게 두드리듯이 쓰는 게 제일 좋은 거 같아요^^
My daily routine for my skin is to not use a towel!
When it comes to skin care, most people think of expensive cosmetics, but aren't the small, daily habits that are truly important?
The first lifestyle change I made while thinking about my skin was to stop drying my face with a towel after washing. The rough texture of a towel can irritate the skin if it touches it directly, and improper care can even lead to bacterial growth. So, I tend to gently shake off any excess moisture with my hands or gently pat my face to help it absorb.
And the key point is to never let your face dry out. Don't just let it dry out because it's bothersome. Instead, apply toner, essence, or something else immediately after washing to hydrate your skin before it dries. I believe that simply following this principle of moisturizing immediately after washing will reduce dryness.
