My skin condition has been a mess lately, so I've settled on a routine (home care + management combo)
Is it true that the weather is really unpredictable these days? ㅠㅠ One day it's cold and the next it's warm.. I'm not the only one whose skin flips over a lot in times like this, right? I was really shocked when I looked in the mirror recently and saw my pores were enlarged and flaky.. ㅋㅋ I had to urgently perform CPR on my skin.
In the past, I'd just go to Maypure, get a thorough treatment, and then come back home, thinking, "Ah, that's it!" I'd just apply some skin lotion. But I've definitely felt that if I don't do my home care properly, my skin's staying power gets shorter. This time, I've really made up my mind to stick to a strict routine.
I'm going to share with you exactly two things I'm risking my life to protect these days!
The first one is '1 minute cut after washing your face' It's a maintenance routine. I completely broke the habit of applying toner right after I get out of the shower, look at my phone, and then pull my face shut. I immediately apply a toner pad after drying off, and I can definitely feel the difference in how my skin feels less dry. This is a basic rule, but you know it's surprisingly hard to stick to, right? ㅠㅠ
The second is Modeling Pack Addiction Been... ㅋㅋ I was too lazy to just use sheet masks, but the cooling sensation and soothing effect of using a powdered modeling pack is definitely on a whole other level... I don't want to lose that moisture when I take it off... I'm trying to do it at least twice a week ^^;
I definitely feel like the synergy is really strong when I put in this much effort at home and then go to the hospital for treatment. Until the day I have skin as smooth as a hard-boiled egg... Let's all stay strong! If you have any secret tips, please share them in the comments! Let's share information together. ㅎㅎ
