The story of how I almost lost my face while dieting (Feat. Catching dry skin)

It's been a really long time since I wrote a post! I've been on a strict diet lately as a New Year's resolution, right? I've lost weight, which is good, but every time I look in the mirror, my skin looks so sagging. ㅠㅠ You know that feeling where you look dull and empty when you lose weight, but you're supposed to look prettier? Haha

 

I really felt like this couldn't go on, so I started making emergency changes to my skincare routine.

 

These days, there's one thing I'm obsessed with: "Unconditional triple-ampoule layering." I used to lather on a generous amount of cream before bed because I was lazy, but my skin just felt shiny and my insides felt tight. So I started applying three thin layers of a watery hydrating ampoule, letting it absorb into my skin. I highly recommend this. It definitely makes my skin look more radiant and makes a difference in how my makeup looks. It doesn't have to be expensive, so try using any ampoule you have lying around the house!

 

And drinking water.. haha ​​I used to only drink coffee because I was lazy to go to the bathroom often, but these days I'm consciously drinking plain water, so I can see the millet going in. I guess the basics are the most important.

I've solidified my basics with home care, and I'm planning to go to Maypure soon to get a complete treatment. I'm looking forward to the synergy effect.
